Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
By accessing or using any part of the Unspeciated Intelligence Suite ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all applications within the Platform, including Research Explorer, PRAcel, Intelligence Map, Researchers' Mode, AI Consciousness Bridge, and Legal Intelligence Research Agent.
The Platform provides tools for exploring and interpreting patterns of intelligence across species using the Perceive / Relate To / Apply (P/R/A) framework, developed by Kerri Lake and operated by Generation of Harmony LLC ("Company").
These tools include:
The Platform is built on a foundation of 172 calibrated species intelligence profiles, 54 mapped natural senses, and a growing body of published research.
Some Platform features require an account. You may sign in using Google authentication or email magic link (passwordless sign-in).
You agree to:
The Platform operates on a tiered access model:
Access levels and usage limits are subject to change. Current tier details are available on the Platform.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable subscription terms and pricing.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
If you submit content to the Platform through the Contribute Knowledge feature or any other submission mechanism:
The CLA governs all rights, licensing, attribution, and withdrawal terms related to contributions.
All Platform content, technology, and intellectual property are owned by Generation of Harmony LLC, including:
You may use the Platform for personal, educational, and research purposes in accordance with your access tier.
You may not:
If you reference insights gained from the Platform in your own work, we ask that you attribute the source (e.g., "Informed by the Unspeciated™ Intelligence Framework, Generation of Harmony LLC").
Portions of the Platform, including PRAcel and Research Explorer, use Anthropic's Claude API to generate content.
You acknowledge that:
Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and judgment.
The Platform provides interpretive, exploratory, and educational tools.
It does not provide:
Species intelligence profiles are based on a calibration methodology that is published, peer-presented, and continuously refined. They represent one framework's perspective, not established scientific consensus.
Use of the Platform is at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Company may suspend or terminate your access if:
You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination:
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, California.

We are committed to handling your information with care, clarity, and respect.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and your rights regarding your data.
This policy applies to all applications within the Unspeciated Intelligence Suite, including Research Explorer, PRAcel, Intelligence Map, Researchers' Mode, AI Consciousness Bridge, and Legal Intelligence Research Agent.
Our goal is not only compliance, but alignment with the spirit of transparency and integrity that guides all of our work.
We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
We collect your email address and authentication method (Google sign-in or email magic link). This is used to create and manage your account, determine your access tier (free, supporter, institute partner), and provide access to tier-appropriate Platform features.
This includes searches performed in Research Explorer, interactions with the Intelligence Map, and feature usage patterns across the suite.
Important distinction by application:
May include IP address and device and browser information. Collected automatically through platform infrastructure. Not actively used for profiling or identification.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Platform, enable features such as saved conversations, search history, and personalized access, improve system performance, usability, and the quality of AI-generated responses, understand how the Platform is used in aggregate, and comply with legal obligations.
We may review aggregated usage patterns and anonymized interaction data to improve the Platform's prompt architecture, bias-correction protocols, and species intelligence profiles.
In limited cases, internal review of anonymized or account-associated interactions may be conducted to evaluate system performance and improve prompt design.
We do not use your identifiable personal data to train external AI systems. PRAcel is powered by Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use API inputs for model training under its standard terms of service.
We may use aggregated and anonymized data to inform the development of future systems. If we ever seek to use identifiable interaction data for research or system development purposes, we will obtain explicit consent before doing so.
We process your data based on:
We retain data only as long as necessary:
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, request a copy of your data (data portability), restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@unspeciated.com
We will respond to requests within 30 days. Some data (such as anonymized Intelligence Map interactions and integrated Contribute Knowledge submissions) may not be individually retrievable or deletable due to their anonymized or integrated nature.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data for advertising purposes.
We use trusted service providers to operate the Platform:
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services, under their respective privacy policies and data processing terms.
Your data may be processed in the United States.
If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including through reliance on our service providers' data protection frameworks such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure authentication (Google OAuth and email magic link), access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and hosting on established, secure cloud infrastructure.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform is not designed for direct use by children under 13 without parental or institutional supervision.
For institutional partners: If the Platform is deployed in environments where children may interact with it (such as aquarium kiosks or educational settings), the institution is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable children's privacy laws (such as COPPA in the United States). Institutions should identify children's privacy requirements during onboarding so that appropriate safeguards can be confirmed.
For ILF educational programs: Where Intuitive Learning Foundation programs serve young people, educators and parents — not children directly — interact with Platform tools. ILF's educational curricula for young learners do not require children to create accounts or submit personal data.
If we become aware of unauthorized collection of data from children under 13, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
The Platform uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management, and maintaining your preferences and access tier.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
